About The Warehouse Event Center

Enter A Portal to the past. Take a step back in time with your next special event at The Warehouse Restaurant Event Center. Only fourteen miles outside of Lafayette stands an exquisite historical building which can accomodate parties with up to 500 guests. The building is nestled in the heart of Rayne, LA. Known to many of the area natives as the old Mercantile Trading & Storage building, now known as The Warehouse Restaurant Event Center. Local developer, Fernand J. Privat had the vision to restore its structure to its elegance, from the original long leaf pine floors to its manual crank elevator.

On a cool day or evening the flower garden surrounded patio was the perfect and quaint get away to enjoy small, intimate meals. Theatrical plays were also hosted by the Warehouse, as well as many other local events. Today, the Warehouse Restaurant Event Center Will is announcing many new venues and in house productions that will be open to the General public. We specialize in making wonderful memories happen with the people and culture that are truly one of its own. We invite you to come and tour the Warehouse Restaurant Event Center, and book your next must have event.
